To check if your device supports eSIM please type *#06# in phone dial mode. If you have an EID number, your device is compatible with eSIM. You can also check if your model supports eSIM in the special section on our website.
Yes, eSIM works as a second SIM. You need to configure the device so that the mobile data works from UNISIM, voice call and SMS from your main SIM.Please note that the provider of the main SIM card may charge an additional fee for roaming voice calls and SMS.

If UNISIM doesn’t connect to any network automatically in 5 minutes, you can select a network manually. We recommend that you check data rates and networks list of the country you are visiting before arrival. How to manually select a network on iOS: go to Settings → Mobile Service / Cellular → Select UNISIM in SIMs list → Network Selection → Turn off "Automatic". Our eSIM is valid only for mobile data. We do not support voice calls or SMS yet, but you can make online calls in messengers and other apps. Our eSIM does not have a phone number. We are working on adding these features soon.
