UNISIM LLC — Gift Certificate Terms of Use
Effective Date: March 3, 2025
1. Definitions
Company – UNISIM LLC
Buyer – The individual who purchases the gift certificate.
Holder – The individual who currently possesses the certificate.
Certificate – A unique digital code provided by the Company that can be used on the Company's website or mobile app to purchase services in an amount equal to its face value.
2. Purchase of Certificate
2.1. The Buyer prepays the Company via a non-cash transaction for future services. In return, the Company issues a gift certificate of equivalent value, which entitles the Holder to receive Company services for the certificate’s face value.
2.2. The certificate remains valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
2.3. The certificate does not accrue interest, penalties, or other obligations if it is not redeemed.
2.4. The Buyer must provide a valid email address to receive the certificate.
3. Use of Certificate
3.1. To activate the certificate, the Holder must enter the unique code in the appropriate field on the Company’s website (unisim.net) or mobile app.
3.2. The certificate must be used in full at the time of activation. Partial redemption is not allowed. Any unused balance is forfeited and will not be refunded or retained.
3.3. Certificates are valid exclusively for purchasing services from the Company.
4. Transfer of Certificate
4.1. The certificate may be transferred to another individual. Upon transfer, the new Holder accepts all rights and obligations under these Terms.
4.2. The prior Holder is no longer a party to the agreement after the transfer.
4.3. The current Holder must inform the new Holder of these Terms prior to transfer.
4.4. Certificates cannot be transferred after activation.
4.5. The Buyer and/or Holder is responsible for safeguarding the certificate code and access to any email or digital accounts used for communication. The Company is not liable for unauthorized use due to negligence or third-party access.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. The Buyer may request a refund within six (6) months from the date of purchase.
5.2. Refunds will be issued using the same method and to the same account used during purchase.
5.3. To process a refund, the Buyer must submit via email:
A signed request for refund (free form)
Proof of identity (copy of government-issued ID)
Valid banking or payment account details
Any other information required by applicable U.S. law
5.4. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of receiving all required documents.
6. General Provisions
6.1. The latest version of these Terms is available at www.unisim.net and in UNISIM mobile app. By using the certificate, the Holder agrees to any updated version posted on the website.
6.2. In case of disputes, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent court located in the state of the Company’s registration.
